CONCERNING EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
After you submit an interlibrary loan request, make sure to monitor your UNA email account. Due to the amount of emails we send, and how UNA's spam filter works, our emails may be routed to your clutter/spam/junk folder. If this happens, please move our emails to your inbox and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your "trusted senders" list. Our apologies for the inconvenience!
Attention First-Time Users
By logging onto ILLiad with your UNA Portal username and password, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions on this page. Please pay particular attention to the copyright statement and the ILLiad FAQ below.
Before you can request an item through Interlibrary Loan, you must identify yourself to Collier Library's ILLiad system. You must first fill out the online registration form after login. Registration has two purposes:
- Entering your personal information into the ILLiad system means you will not have to supply the information again when making future requests.
- Having your e-mail address on file with Interlibrary Loan enables us to notify you promptly and deliver materials accurately when your request arrives in the library.
